Attention to detail is key when you work with our team. Before our producers have even planted their first crop and continuing all the way to when our chickpeas reach customers, our traceability program is integrated throughout our work, throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

What does this entail? A commitment to delivering high-quality chickpeas, every load. At our pulse and chickpea facilities, we conduct regular inspection in accordance with Global Food Safety Initiative standards, and routinely exceed FDA and USDA requirements. Our Hinrichs Trading Company chickpeas are also Non-GMO project verified and are handled at Kosher and Organic certified facilities equipped with storage, cleaning, bagging and shipping preparation systems.
