in-house customized formulations to meet customer needs from basic breads to over-the-top sweet and savory treats. IBR is able to support fresh as well as frozen programs in addition to being GFSI, Kosher & Organic certified.

WHAT IBR BAKERY MAKES:

IBR makes baked goods that feature swirling, marbling and advanced topping capabilities as well as enrobing breads in grains, seeds, corn meal, cinnamon sugar and more. They can produce multiple pan sizes, including half and mini loaves for over 35 SKUs.

WHERE IBR GETs ITS FLOUR:

IBR has access to flour and ingredients across the entire breadth of the Ardent Mills portfolio. That includes 40 mills across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico as well as the IBR blending facility in Arlington, Oregon.
